the mother and father are emancipated so therefore they have 100% custody. most likely the underage parents would consult their own parents when making big medical or legal decisions.

The only people who have rights are the parents of the baby. Having a child at any age, in most states, emancipates the child who had the child.

i dont think so my sister had a baby at 17 and our parents had no more rights than an adault childs children.

no. the only rights they have is that they no longer legally have to take care of you. they can put you out on the street if they want to.
