About three days ago my dog ate half a cake. The next day she wouldnt eat any food so we had to get her wet food, which she ate, but now she has diarrhea and is vomiting up what seems like urine, but only once in a while, and she really wont drink much. What should i do?

Sounds like she is vomiting bile.Feed boiled chicken and rice for a few days until the poos get back to normal. If things get worse though, take her to the vet.

The yellow stuff she's vomiting is like bile, it's not urine.. My dog does that when she hasn't eaten anything for half a day, sometimes.. If she has diarrhea, then I wouldn't necessarily feed her food, especially something that's different from what she normally eats. Try feeding her a bit of low sodium chicken broth.. if she has an upset tummy, you wouldn't want to have her eat lots of heavy food. If her diarrhea is constant or bloody, you might want to take her to the vet, or if it lasts more than a day. Also, you can call them and just tell them your situation, they should give you some advice on what to do.. call around, if you must. We have 2 vets. Good luck!

I wouldnt worry too much, my dog found some chocolate once when she was a puppy, she was sick but she was fine, my dog often throws up yellow type stuff, but shes a healthy dog, i think they say if they are still not right after a week then take them to the vets. I wouldnt worry dogs are very hardy, mine once didnt eat for 2 weeks she was very tired and depressed and we later found out it was beacause she had fleas which were driving her mad. But shes a happy little dog now xxxxx

Has the dog been drinking water? Maybe you should take the dog to the Vet. They will give it fluids and do a Check up.
