IDE drives such as CD, DVD and hard drives don't generally require drivers to interact with Windows.
If you're looking for burning software to burn stuff, a good freeware program is Deepburner ( http://www.download.com/DeepBurner-Free/3000-2646_4-10527371.html?tag=lst-0-8 ). If you can swing the $90 (MSRP), Roxio's Easy Media Creator 9 and Ahead's Nero 7 are both wonderful feature-rich packages, the former being simpler to use, the latter the tool of choice for raw power and flexibility.
If you're looking for firmware, www.rpc1.org is a good place to start!
After all that, I must ask why you're looking for drivers. is there a specific problem that you're having with the drive such that it's not working properly? further elaboration will help me provide a better answer.

I easily have one question. Does the laptop say it won't burn video, or are you attempting to burn video and assume it to play on a DVD participant hooked as much as a television? to ascertain that video data to be performed on maximum DVD gamers, it needs to be set up in DVD format otherwise the participant won't comprehend it.
