If you can prove to them that you are moving to where there is no Bally's total fitness. I had a friend who was going to another country for the summer and she showed them the airplane ticket.

Good luck with that one. I got out of a membership once and it was only because I moved away from the area and there was no Bally's in the location I moved to. Other than that or death, I think you are pretty much locked in.

If you are moving, you need to check and make sure there are no Bally's within certain miles (I can't remember exactly, might be within 20 miles radius...check the back of the contract). You'll need a copy of your driver's license with your new address and a utility bill. I was able to cancel mine because I moved in the middle of no where..lol. Good luck.

I was once a victim of Bally's. You have to have moved at least 50 miles away from bally's and if its a medical condition, you have to be in a serious condition not to be able to continue your contract.
