I am a young pre-teen girl, who does cross-country, netball, football every sport you could name (apart from hockey) and I do swimming every Thursday. Eat VERY healthy ever since the start of 2006. Some people say that I have an "extra belly" but my Mum lol says that its my diaphragm (sp?). From young people have said my stomach is hard and I've learnt that means is very muscly. When I relax my belly you can see six-pack pads.
