Shriners Cult

I am 63 yrs old & went to Shriner's as a baby cause I was club footed. My parents were poor farmers & could not afford to get help for me. My parents moved to St. Louis & Shriner's paid for everything. They took care of me for 16 years. I have known 20 or 30 kids that Shriner's helped with no cost to their parents. Cults do not help without cost in some form or another. Shriner's hospital had saved me & billions other kids of being deformed & bullied cause of it. I thank God for them every day of my life

Shriners are Masons - just a higher degree. The whole organization IS a religion - according to the Encyclopedia of Masonry - Morals & Dogma. Masonry has its origins in the ancient Jewish Kabbala - as the rebuilders of Solomons Temple. The Masons refer to their Jewish breathern as their "Elder Brothers." Christians who practice masonry will loose their salvation, because Masons worship Baal . A burn center has nothing to do with the salvation or errant spiritual practices - Christ forbid Baal worship & also said you cannot be saved by good works alone. As far as devil worship - The Christ said - "you are either with me or against me" - so theoretically any worship outside christianty is antichrist worship - some people call the antichrist the "devil". Many Shriners/masons are very good sincere people - but have no idea what the organization is really all about other than it is just another social gathering for them - like the Elks & Rotary . Those on the lower level crafts never move up in the craft of masonry & never learn its "truths"( IE what the mason precisely believe ) ( women belong to Jobs daughters & rainbow girls).

The Bible says people can't be gods? I use the King James Version and Jesus very clearly repeats from Psalm 82 that they can. John 10:34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? 35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; The Book of Revelation very clearly says that those that overcome may inherit the morning star? Revelation 2:26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: 27 And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father. 28 And I will give him the morning star. Before you call someone a cult, please find out why your church never told you these things?

Shriners are Masons - just a higher degree. Some consider the whole organization as a false religion. Some say it leads to worshipping either the devil or Allah of Islam. A 33rd or 32nd degree Mason will never tell you, but I truly believe that Christians should stay out. Some even say it is the darkest side of Baal worship. Remember Allah is not another name for God, Allah is another god. And for real "The Worshipful Master" is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob whose Son is Jesus Christ and we are to worship no other god.

Their hospitals are superior to any that we visited and stayed at. SUPERIOR. And we've been to a lot of hospitals. They are a phenomenal organization and I only wish the "Shrine misconception" would disappear. My daughter is alive because of them and for that, I am forever in their debt.
