The legal drinking age in Ohio, AND every other state in the U.S. has been 21 for a very long time.

it happened before 1989. I owned a bar here in Oh. some of my customers were upset,because one day they were 18-20 and could get a beer. then all the sudden NO CAN SERVE!! till you are 21. what was worse was when we had 3.2& 6 0/0.(per cent) & had different ages to contend with.

a while ago cause i saw it on springer how the guy married a girl for years since you can drink if you have a spouse that is over 21. i dont know if its changed tho
