if you belong to a gym,check out a bodypump class.Its a barbell strength training workout designed to hit all your muscle groups.
if your going it alone, warmup with a jumprope for cardio,pushups and try and target opposing muscle groups on alternate days. and please work your lower body as heavy and frequently as your upper! There are way too many guys out there with big ol guns and a ripped chest and girly frog legs! Lots of lunges,squats and cycling are great for nice gams. Try some pilates to get familiar with your core and maybe integrate swimming some laps here and there and you will be baywatch beautiful in no time! that is if you eat clean and hydrate with water...lots and lots of water.
