Get a blow dryer and start using that. If you can remove the cover or take the shell of the camera off would help. Otherwise, just use the blow dryer directly on the lens. Hopefully there will be enough heat to evaporate the water that got inside.
If soap got in, its going to be even harder to get it to evaporate.
Usually once the water gets in there, its already doing the
damage. Sorry, bad luck.

I;m wondering why your good friend decided to wash the lens. Maybe, you got pizza on it?
Your shots are blurry because the camera cant see well through the lens. The problem is that your friend used a detergent (which is not soap, and which is much stronger than soap). I'm not also sure what cloth she used to wipe off the detergent, but if its not a cloth for lenses, I'd say that the lens may have been scratched beyond repair.
You can have it cleaned, and pray that the lens is still fine. Otherwise, it is impractical to have a lens replaced because the lens is the most expensive part of the camera. If the shop recommends a lens replacement, you may be better off buying a new camera.

Not good.
There is moisture underneath.
Take a hair blower, put it on low setting, and don't hold it to close. This should obsorb all the moisture
If that doesn't work, the soap that was used has settled.
Contack Samsung Digimax and ask if you can purchase a new lense or bring it into them, and they will replace for you, I am sure free of charge.

Sounds like some of the soapy water residue got in and thus a blurry outcome on your shots. take it to where ever you bought it from and ask for their assistance. Tell them it was an accident and any help they can offer is much appreciated. I hope you bought a warranty of some sort. Something to cover you from incidents just like this.

thats tough because you cant just evaporate the water because the soap scum will be left i would say your best bet would be to take it to a computer repair shop and see what they can do they would most likley have the special tools for smaller applications like that

Clearly there could be many different possibilities of what occured. Furthermore, it could also be a combination of problems. Usually things like this are unrepairable. If you want to find out more you need to take it to a good, not a chain, camera store.

see if you can get the lens off and dry it. If not, try keeping it in a warm room.
