the first door: a room with bandits with loaded guns
the second door: a room with lions that haven't eaten in 3 months
the third door: poisonious snakes

I'd hide in the room before the three doors and wait for the elephant to break down the wall then run out through the hole he made and let the bandit with loaded guns, the lions that havent eaten in 3 months and the poisonious snakes go after the rapid elephant.

Considering if lions can actually go without food for three months and still live, I'd go with the bandits and loaded guns. Coz they can be talked to and reasoned with as opposed to animal's who go with their natural instincts. Starved lions to kill for food, and poisonous snakes which would be threatened by a bigger animal barging in on them.

of course i would chose the second door, because if the lions haven't eaten for so long, they're either dead or at least half-dead, so they can't move, and therefore can't do a thing to me.

i would go to the poisonious snakes with a stick and kill(probably not all of them) but might have a chance of surviving
and if that doesnt work, go with the bandits.
you may be able to bribe them
