If they were deposited by the IRS into your personal account they should be available immediately. If the refund is going thru your preparer or the program you used and the service fees are being deducted before being released to you it could be a week. If you went thru the preparer you need to contact them

Depends on the policy for deposited funds put out by your bank. In the case of Federal funds, which are guaranteed by the U.S. government, the funds are usually available same day or by the next business day. In your case, the funds were probably deposited at 12:01 AM on Friday the 23rd, so they would have been available on Friday.

Assuming you mean it was a direct deposit into your checking or savings account, it's pretty common for your bank to take a couple of days before it's available, especially if a weekend or holiday is involved.

Normally the beginning of the next banking day. Some small banks and credit unions still post ACH transactions manually. Those may take an extra day or so to show up in your account.
