It's not a statement, it's a question. So how can it be true/false?
The answer is no. In many cases, the fact that people don't seem to like you back is attractive. It's like a chase, a feat, a challenge... you want what you can't have.

Its false but with exceptions.....if a person is desperate then knowing the fact that someone has a crush on them will move them in a direction of just settling with anything
