Neatly cropped in the front.
Clean underneath and behind.
There are visual and tactile pleasures of hair.
And- I prefer my women post-pubescent.

I don't know how the fellows feel, but I thing either clean shaven or NEATLY bearded. Messy makes them look like they forgot to do basic grooming.
