Hi, I am in the process of writing Christian children's books, and want to present some ideas via books for kids ages 8ish and under with themes like in my question line. But I want scripture to back it up. If you want to disagree with me, please email me by clicking on my "I Love Jesus" as I would appreciate just helpful suggestions here, kind of like asking for "homework help". thanks.

Check out Matthew Ch 5. (vs. 14,15,16) Believers are Salt and Light

14 "You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.
15 "Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house.
16 "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

God Bless you you are doing great things for the Lord. Peace be with you.
