Virus checkers don't work, updates, deleting explorer and reinstalling, NOTHING works..

1. Any scheduled tasks?
8. Overheating (bad fan?)
9. Power supply gone bad

Do you have your system set to autodownload & install the updates ?
That may be causing your reboots.
That or you may have a hardware problem.
Check your logs to see what is causing the reboots.
Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer

Welcome to the wild and wolly windows wonderland, that begs hackers to hack you..and they did. To fix it permanently go to www.kubuntu.org and get Kubuntu and install it
