I found a surefire way to burninate all the fat off your body.
You just have to quit eating so much.
No, seriously... I went from 190 to 165 in less than a month because of a drastic change in eating habits. This is no lie.
I found out that my GF was doing things that I could not tolerate in a relationship. This led to lies and stealing - and a serious drug addiction. I made the difficult yet wise decision to break up with her.
It broke my heart ina thousand pieces - and this is where it gets interesting... I found that the hurt inside was so great that I absolutely could not eat anything - I could barely drink water!
Well, this is basically how the eating schedule played out:
1. I ate absolutely nothing for three days straight.
2. ON the fourth day, I forced myself to eat a grilled-cheese sandwich. (But couldn't finish it).
3. 3rd day, I ate supper only. I went to a fast food place and got a burger, fried and coke (large).
4. Day 4,5,6, I only ate one meal each day (still in great heartache!)
So, up till now, I have eaten a total of four meals in 8 days!
But I was feeling better! Not only emotionally, but physically! I felt lighter and faster and had more energy - a lot more!
5. Day 7-16, I remember a couple of days in this week, I forgot about eating at all, but never ate more than one meal a day the whole time.
At the end of
this period, my "pot belly" had turned into a bonafide six-pack - I looked like a completely different person... I looked good and felt great.
the last week of this term, I was averaging 2 meals a day with no snacking at all during the entire trial.
That was over a year ago and I have absolutely kept the fat off with little or no effort. The heartbreak stuck and my body, I guess, became conditioned to a new eating habit.
I don't know what to say, but for me anyway, significantly cutting down my food intake made the fat just disappear.
WHen you eat less, your body still burns the same numberof calories and just starts burning the existing fat. Everytime I feel hunger pain, I know that it is the pain of my body "eating" it's own fat.
I am healthy. Before the break up, I had high colesterol and since then, I have been the picture of good health...
And to top it all off, I do not nor ever did during that time, exercise.
I think you neede to create pain in order to do this. The pain of hunger.

you have more than enough time to lose weigh before summer.... it only takes your body less than 3 weeks to get used to eating healthy even if you still cheat once in awhile and if you walk for 15 to 20 mins a day... that a few times around the block!
Instead of trying to lose weight for the summer and putting so much pressure on yourself to lose weight by then you should make a descision to be lose weight and stay healthy for life and you would never have to worry about being skinny enough by the summer for the rest of you life, becuase you will be all year round!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

walking and walking require no kit (except footwear and some outfits). Swimming and cycling are tremendous too, if conceivable. Or try procuring a tae-boe or similar workout video.
