Well, alot of sinus infections. I had 3 sinus infections in the winter two years ago, was diagnosed with mono, got better, got two sinus infections last winter, and I'm on my second this winter. Is there anything I can do? I'm on Amoxil but it's not working as well as it should. I just want them to stop.

Yeah, I don't smoke. Don't drink. Don't do drugs.

Since it's all centered in your head where the sinuses meet your airway, you might try a saline nasal RINSE (not a spray) A full warm water saline rinse goes in one nostril and out the other. It draws out all the gunk and shrinks the tissue (like swimming in the ocean). You can do this before, during, and after your infections as a symptom reliever and as a WASH to prevent future infections.

The buffered salt doesn't 'sting' as much as plain salt water. You can use a new method like Nasopure, or the vintage, Netipot

You can do this a often as you like with no bad side effects.

You don’t need a prescription for this therapy. So if you live in a state like mine, they’ve pretty much “outlawed” sudafed medicine. Drug-free is really the way to go on a frequent-use basis.

sinuses are funny as they do not get a very good blood supply to bring in the 'good guys' to fight off infection...you may need a CT scan of the sinuses to see if your osteo-medial complex is patent...this is what helps the sinuses to drain...if it is not patent..then you may need to have it opened...
antibiotics have shown little promise in curing sinus infections...
make sure that you limit dairy products (milk fats make the snots thicker and harder to get rid of), steam at night (vaporizer) after a hot steamy shower to open things up and get them to drain...and plenty of clear liquids to help keep things from gumming up...
thank goodness you don't smoke as that will help cause more trouble
good luck
