Is it Jorge (like in Spanish) or something else?

It´s Jorge indeed, but the "j" is pronounced like "s" in pleasure

yes, spelled Jorge like in Spanish.
But the Portuguese "J" is pronounced like the "G" in "George"
Not pronounced like "Hor-hay" in Spanish

I'm pretty sure it's Jorge. Or you can say "Jorginho", it sounds very "portugese"
