I got bad breath, even in the morning time or night time right after I brushed my teeth. I've tried lots of ways to avoid this problem which always makes me be so embarrased in front of people, but the problem still can not get fixed. Tell me what can I do now?

You might have gum disease. See a dentist for sure. Floss like a crazy man. Brush your tongue. I know that sounds crazy but it gets rid of a ton of germs. Gargle and swoosh with listerine of crest or whatever germ-killing mouthwash you want. Get your teeth cleaned at the dentist at least 2 times a year, maybe more for your problem. Dentists have special mouthwashes just for this problem.

Brush your teeth and floss 3 times a day and brush your tongue. 95% of bad breath comes from bacteria on the tongue. So brush your tongue a lot. If that STILL doesn't work, you can get some fresh mints or listerene gum or spray or strips to handle bad breath in those public places where you don't have time to brush.

Go to the dentist every six months. If you still have your problem, ask your dentist to check it out and see if have a gum disease or something.

Sure hope I helped.

The general rules to combat bad breath are:
1. Eat regularly
2. Brush you tongue when brushing your teeth. Try to brush as far back as possible, using common sense.
3. Eat an apple a day. May sound like an old wives tale but actually works.

Bad bacteria backed up in the bowels can contribute to bad breath or body odor, as the waste literally sits and putrefies in the colon. A thickly coated tongue can be another symptom of constipation. In fact, bacteria sitting in the colon for too long can lead to bad breath that never seems to get better no matter how many times you brush, gargle, or use fresheners. check this link out, good info here!

Good luck, take care and be well!

Reality:

1. Have your teeth professionally cleaned by a dentist.

2. Floss daily.

3. Brush twice a day.

It's that simple!
