There is already the machine, the liquor, the salt and limes, and the glasses. Are there any other margarita "accessories" I don't know about?

There are glass charms that people use to differentiate whose glass is who's. Also, there are some specialty mixes that you can purchase at gourmet food stores, like peach margarita or pomegranate margarita. Also, a lime hand juicer is a great idea. Maybe a tequila gift set, or a margarita recipe book for variations. Or a great glass pitcher to serve them in. Here is another website with all kinds of ideas.

It sounds like you are making a margarita themed basket so why not throw in a bag of tostitos and a jar of salsa. Also a book on margaritas is a nice idea that way they can make all different ones.

The right tequila, most people use mixo like El Toro or Jose Quervo, I suggest that you buy 100% blue agabe tequila for a better margarita

A small cutting board & knife for the limes.
Ringlets to put on the glasses so know whose is whose.
