Those are actually all descriptions instead of names except possibly for Jesus( a derivative of Yeshua). God in the Bible and in the Quran has no name. This is very deliberate. If you look at the Islamic 99 names of God you see that they are all descriptions of the indescribable.
God is supposed to be beyond naming or describing. Beyond understanding. Look at the passages in the book of Job.

Each describes a different idea or characteristic of God:
Yahweh = I am ... God is the one and only true God, the creator of all things
Jesus = means "he who saves," the human name of the Son of God
Christ = Messiah, the Savior whom God promised he would send
Son of Man = a phrase Jesus used to describe himself, it indicates the dual nature of Jesus: fully God & fully human at the same time
Emmanuel = "God with us," yet another name for Christ, in that Jesus was "God in the flesh"
As for a preference, I like Jesus.

I use Jesus or Lord.
I know who I pray to, and in whom I place my trust, so it does not matter which name I use as long as it is the Son of God.
However, someone may not know who I am talking about, everyone knows who Jesus is, not everyone knows the name Yahweh, especially non-Christians.
I guess that is the reason I stick with the classic.

that is God's call as apparently in Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek manuscripts, the oldest ones obtainable: ???? It corresponds to the letters YHVh, observed as the tetragrammaton. In Hebrew it really is spelled and spoken as Yahweh, in English it really is spelled and spoken as Jehovah. Neither are incorrect as all languages variety. yet Jehovah/Yahweh isn't Jesus. Jesus is God's Son, his first introduction, as spoken of at John 3:16: "“For God loved the international a lot that he gave his in effortless words-begotten Son, in simple terms so actually everyone exercising consultation faith in him would no longer be destroyed yet have eternal life." God despatched his Son, he became no longer his Son, that would not make experience. there are quite some titles for Almighty God Jehovah and Jesus Christ interior the Bible. Lord and God are titles, as are the Almighty, Prince of Peace, Lamb of God and many extra. save interpreting your Bible and carry out a touch study once you come back to names and also you'll locate God would not pick us perplexed, it really is the job of devil and pretend faith.

I suppose that it would have to be Emmanuel because it means "God with us". It seems so kind, so loving, a very descent thing for God to have done for us. I like other names, but even if I did not know what this one meant, it is still the one with the most meaning to me. I suppose if there is a name which means "God loves us" that I might pick that one. But in a way, included in the name "Emmanuel" is all of the attributes of God. Jesus means that God is our Saviour or God is his help, but in a way, God being with us means that He must be those things. Also, I wonder, because of the way that it is presented, if this is God's favorite name for Jesus. I know that it would have meant the most to the Jews.

The names of God.
I prefer Jesus.
Because it is the name that is given in the New Testament.
John 17:11 "And I am no more in the world; and yet they themselves are in the world, and I come to Thee. Holy Father, keep them in Thy name, the name which Thou hast given Me, that they may be one, even as We are.
What name?
The name given to Jesus, his own.
The name of God.

I prefer "Emmanuel" because it means "God is with us". I still refer to him as Jesus because that's how people know him, but if we're talking about meanings of names, "Emmanuel" is my favorite.
