I was using a Photoediting program and there is a mini window inside the program. I pulled the window off the screen and now I can't find it! I have been clicking off screen and adjusting my monitor I even reinstalled the program but it will not come back. I really need this to edit my files.
Thanks for your help
PS the program is Digital Photo Professional and it is the tool palette that is gone

I agree with the previous answers to look for a pallete reset function. Resetting your physical monitor will not help. But here is another option: try resetting your screen area within Windows, assuming you are not at your highest setting already:
1) Right click any empty space on the desktop
2) Click 'Properties'
3) Click on the last "Settings" tab on the far right
4) For the "Screen area" slider bar, move it to the right.

The screen will 'shrink' allowing you to see beyond the area you were working with earlier. Put the settings back when you are done, as the new settings are probably too small to be practical.

Hope this helps

Most programs have the option to reset the palette locations to the factory defaults. If you have a "View" menu, it will be in there, if not, just search through your options until you find it.
