Someone said that illegal immigrants pay taxes? What a fairy tale. They pay nothing, and it is no way to track the income: no SSN, remember the magic 9 numbers? So, in fact we pay for the roads, schools, parks, free parking........ I think, if the INS arrests an illegal immigrant, they have to pay attention to how long the person lived here, if at any point he/she broke the law, the occupation (student, worker), and then, if the profile would be clear and shiny, the person may be offered pay fine and start legalization process; if not, then go home.

Yes in the fact we do not need degenrates of society becuse they could not make it in there country does not mean they wil make it in ours. I think we should treat them just like there countries treat us, when we go over there. P.S yes i have spent time in a mexican jail. No it was not fun and hell no i had no rights the only right i got was to talk with a u.s conslet who got me out of jail in 24 hours and i had to return to america on the next flight. My cost of course. Same deal, do not arrest and deport if they get arrested then deport. unitil they get arrested fine by me if they stay and work. They however will have to apply for citizen ship speak american and pay taxs. Also, All Latin american flags will have to be posted/raised with the american flags at a minimum.

nope. this country was founded by illegal immigrants so its kind of going against why this country was founded... i agree with one of the plans of declaring an amnesty to all illegal immigrants and just letting them pay back taxes, depending on how long they've been here... a lot more money would be collected in taxes on a yearly basis... and illegal immigrants put more money into the economy than they use up in benefits... and for those who say that all the illegals are taking our jobs, just remember who owns all those farms who hire them and if you went looking for a job you just might get one...

It isnt only Mexicans coming to the US illegally... as for Bomb in the Butt... better check yourself.. its not funny about killing them on the border.. your sick.. ... back to question.. I dont see benefits coming to the illegals only the ones who have got proper papers... as for employment.. they dont mind the hard work and it gets done... and why we complaining about education.? most american kids drop out of school and stay home... if the illegals want an education.. let them...

OK, i will like you to explain to everyone what type of Social benefits you claim Illegal immigrants have in the USA, and yes they are broke the law, because they don't have a SS#, and yes some of them go to school, but do you know how much they pay on taxes?, and they can not claim any money back! like everyone else, so the government also gets a benefit from that, i will receive $3,000.00 back from my taxes this year alone, Illegal aliens don't receive anything!!.

Although I believe that they should be deported, the answer is even simpler than that - once we start arresting illegals regularly and prosecuting people who employ illegals, most will go back to wherever they came from on their own for fear of getting arrested and going to jail here. So we won't actually have to deport most of them - they'll deport themselves.

Yes they should all be deported. Hell all legal immigrants should be deported. So all you stupid ignorant racist people learn a f**** lesson. But who the hell will do the U.S.A. 's dirty jobs? Any volunteers. Minimum wage, 12 hour days, and no benefits.

YES! It should have already been done. We should also contact the governments of all the illegals clogging our prisons and give them the option to repatriate their citizens or we should euthanize them like the stray dogs they are and relieve the strain on the US taxpayer.
