So I've been reading these posts about the uncovering a Jesus' tomb and whatnot. If it really does turn out to be Jesus, would this count as his "Second Coming"? Or does he have to be alive for that?

No, it's not his second coming. Keep in mind that the names on the graves are common for the time period, and as there are no direct descendants of Mary, the DNA testing they're talking about doesn't matter at all. All they'd be able to discover is whether the people in the tombs are related, which is interesting but not really important.
The "second coming" is an elaborate event, and yes, Jesus is alive when it happens.

This whole thing is a rehash of a BBC documentary that was done over 10 years ago, and was roundly disproven by a variety of scholars and archaeologists. No, it isn't the second coming.

It says in the Bible that when he comes back he will descend from the heavens. No one is disputing Jesus' time here to Earth or that he even exited. It's God they can't seem to comprehend!

those findings have nothing to do with the Jesus of the Bible. they cant make any real solid connection because they dont know what Jesus' DNA is.
so stating that its him without any concrete evidence makes it a huge hoax.
