She says she hears voices telling her that people are coming to get her, that aliens are all around us and that clothing should be optional because the gov't puts microchips in cotton. I love her so much... but can I deal with her strangeness.

Take it from someone that is dealing with 2 previous ex's that were crazy....RUN! Get out while you still have a chance. There are too many normal women out there to be getting sucked in to any relationship with a crazy person. It really isn't worth the pain you WILL experience if you stay with her.

Wow, people are harsh. Maybe she just really needs some help? It does sound a little bit like paranoid schizophrenia, which is very hard to treat. But if you love her as much as you say you do, then you should try to get her help. Even just trying to talk to her about it. Tell her you're not sure where she's coming from with it and it kind of freaks you out. If she gets upset, maybe it's time for her to talk to someone else. If it's possible that she's joking, then she may just stop. You need to make the decision about how much you want to invest into the relationship, and whether you love her enough to try to help her.

Run away as fast as you can. People don't change, especially crazy people. She might try to nuke you or give you poisoned cool aid to save you from the alien forces. Run away. Good luck

The best advise for this question is to tell her the truth about how her behavior makes you feel. And If you really love her, you will consider her feelings by just asking her what she wants you to do to help her with this problem. Just ask her! just ask her!

Well i'd say if she's hearing voices, she's either schizophrenic or just VERY attention-hungry.
PLEASE get her help ASAP. and get out of this relationship unless you really feel like you want to handle the baggage.

If you love her that much then you should be able to cope.
Just try and block it out of your mind, it may be hard at first but it will get easier good luck :)

well is she just saying those things because she is trying to be funny or because she really believes it. If she is serious maybe she has a mental disorder like schizophrenia and sh is in a delirium.
