I was homeschooled for a couple of years and found the same problem. I found that learning different arts, crafts and talents helped a lot. You need to have more than one thing though, because eventually you will get tired of what ever you choose, and be right back where you are at now. Thanks to having been in that same situation, I can crochet, I can draw, and I do a specaial kind of drawing that no one else has done, and everyone I show it too is absolutely amazed by it, I am also a published poet, those are only a few of the many things I learned as a result of being in that situation. But the best thing of all, was that I was an awesom student, because I would do extra credit just to have something to do. When I went back to public school I was an assistant to one of my teachers, and had the oppurtunity to create the tests for the class. So maybe try diving into your school work a little more. That will be the best payoff in the long run.
Goodluck....

Well, Yahoo answers is one thing to do :)

Do you have any friends that can come over and hang out? Life is always more fun when you're with others.

I'm really sad to hear that you say "my parents don't care about me". Nobody should have to grow up thinking this. Are your parents really hard working and busy? Do you go to school? Maybe there's a school counselor you can talk to about this...it will be very helpful, trust me.

To get back to your original question - there are many things you can do to beat boredom: read books/magazines, play games, chat online, develop an interest in something and research it online (like animals, gadgets, history, etc).
It's always better to spend your time actively learning something and having fun, as opposed to doing something unproductive that just makes time pass. That's why whatever you do, ask yourself if it's worth spending your life and youth on it!

Good luck, and definitely talk to someone at school about this!

I deal with that all the time. I live in the country and im not old enough to drive either. I usually just get on the computer, play video games, write or draw, or go outside and climb trees and crap{which i'm really crazy for doing}
But other than that, I just sleep or something. Hahaha. I hope I was of help!!!!

Get some books from the library and read! Get some ideas and create your own business. Do something creative.
Youtube.
Write a song, draw, answer questions on yahoo answers. Challenge yourself. Everytime your brain gets bored that means your not keeping it occupied.
Learn to imitate a celebrity or learn a accent.
Do whatever dude.

Take time to better yourself? Learn stuff, read stuff, create stuff. Learn a useful skill. Figure out how magicians "float". Improve your body. Work-out. Make yourself interesting to others. Make the most of the opportunity - because one day, you won't have this kind of spare time and you'll wish you hadn't wasted it all :)

Watch more TV...
Have you ever heard of a book, cleaning the house, exercise or learning something new? I doubt your parents leave you at home because they don't care about you. Try dropping the woe is me and DO SOMETHING!!!
