Either buy a home multigym or join a gym ( which is really expensive). On the other hand don't let your vanity get the better of you. Girls much prefer personality than a bore who only talks about their own physique. Body structure is not everything, make people laugh instead.

Well, I should learn to spell for a start, "build" not "bild" anyway, at 16 you are still only a pup, you will one day grow into a big, big dog, but first you have to grow a little more, most men stop growing when they are around 21, oh and don't worry about putting weight on your shoulders, if you do put weight on around your shoulders, it means that you belly has also grown, 36 chest is ok, 32-34 waist is good, so don't worry to much, just be yourself, accept yourself and love yourself for who you are. I once saw a big. big man drop like a stone when a 8 stone weakling hit him, so size isn't everything be content with who you are and you will prosper in life. Take care

Send me an email, and remind me of your question. I have a great workout routine, broke down into muscle groups/body parts. I am sure this is definately what you are looking for. I can also assist you in vitamins and supplements that would be useful to you. Shoot me an email and i will gladly send you the entire workout routine...I would recommend using the entire thing, but you can put your concentration on shoulders and upper body.

Go get Getting Stronger by Bill Pearl for specific exercises.
You can do arnold presses, military dumbbell presses, front and side lifts, shrugs, standing rows, bent over rows, side lifts, etc.
There are many different exercises you can do for what you want, which is why I suggested the book. Check it out at the library or book store.
