and how easy is it to gain weight if you go on a run every other day or more, and eat 2 heathy meals a day, but fairly big meals

Depends on how and why you lost the weight to begin with. It's always much easier to regain than it is to lose, so you want to be careful how it's done. (Assuming you don't have a medical condition that brought this situation upon you...)
If you are exercising, you are fine. Regarding your diet however, I would stop the 2 large meals and opt for 3-5 smaller ones throughout the day. Your body needs time to digest, absorb and get the most nutrients out of the food you put in your system. By eating only 2 large meals a day, you are making your body go into overtime right after eating and hibernate during the other times. This is a recipe for disaster. You want to eat enough calories throughout the day, but don't burn too many at the same time or you will not gain.

It depends on what you did to lose the weight.

If you tried a behavior modification program (i.e. switching bad habits for good ones), it is actually quite easy to keep the weight off because you have trained your brain to change your unhealthy habits. You never really go "off" one of these plans, because you have learned how to deal with the stressors that prompted the weight gain.

If you did this as a fad diet, and are thinking about going "off" whatever plan it was, then it can be fairly easy to put the weight back on (with a little extra). If you never addressed the causes of your initial weight gain, it is easy to relapse into old patterns.

Wishing you the best of luck.

It all comes down to energy taken in and energy expelled. I run and do not expect it to peel off the effects of fried chicken and cheese cake. And why 2 large meals a day? I don't know anything about you, but this question sounds like an eating disorder, or obesity waiting to happen.

Much easier than losing. Once you have it down, it is advisable to stick to a well balanced diet. The odd treat here and there is permitted.
