You"ll live I promise!! If you are on day six you have it licked. It's breaking all those old habits of when you smoked. Try not to think how bad these 6 days have been But how proud of yourself you are for having them! I smoked 25 years, quit a bunch of times for a few months. But when I finally did it for me. I wasn't as bad. I'll have 11 years May 6. keep it up think positive and what good stuff you are doing for your health.

Try alcohol. It will help. JUST KIDDING!! Seriously, get out of the house, take a walk and enjoy the fresh air! Do something to pat yourself on the back for quitting, make yourself feel better. Go shopping, go sightseeing, do something to reward yourself. Everyone needs little incentives and they may just boost your mood. And, I hate to suggest this, but experts say dark chocolate has the ability to put you in a better mood. It's a one day at a time thing. I've quit- twice.

It's different for everyone. Some people can just quit no problems, others it's a lot harder.
