Mmmkayy! Well i highly DOUBT that a 16 yr old can have a heart attack.
but this is what i have been getting , ive gotten it before but only like once and blue moon. now ive been getting it atleast 3-4times aweek .
Ill breathe in all of a sudden ( like any normal person would ) and this extremly harsh pain feels like its hitting underneath my ribcage but up higher around the heart around i think its called the ummm "sturrum?" lol
Anyways ill get that pain for about 7- 12 seconds , and when i do i can not breathe and if i do try i have to make VERY VERY small breaths .
I was thinking , well could it be just gas? but i would htink it would only happen once. an di dont drink pop ever , i love my milk and water.
And then i was thinking it was Stress cuz i already have multiple heart pulpitaions everyday ( been hoarssed for 5 going on 6 yrs )
but i dont get it lol .

You know, here's the thing I know alot about natural care and nutritional care of your body and I can tell you what it is exactly... You do have gas pains and they do feel like sharp stabbing pains and unable to breath deeply. You are most likely allergic to milk. Do you have acne? the heart palpitations are most likely after you eat something with sugar in it, not only dessert - if you were to flush your system and kill the fungus/ parasite in you and keep it from getting in your body then all of these symptoms and more would be eliminated .
This will also lead to gall bladder problems with out prevention
you don't eat any sugar an you drink 1 quart of water for every 50lbs body weight and basically don't eat anything white. you can research the rest on your own.

It sounds like a panic attack to me. But you still need to see a doctor just in case.

Panic attacks are sudden feelings of terror that strike without warning. These episodes can occur at any time, even during sleep. A person experiencing a panic attack may believe that he or she is having a heart attack or that death is imminent. The fear and terror that a person experiences during a panic attack are not in proportion to the true situation and may be unrelated to what is happening around them. Most people with panic attacks experience several of the following symptoms:

“Racing” heart
Feeling weak, faint, or dizzy
Tingling or numbness in the hands and fingers
Sense of terror, of impending doom or death
Feeling sweaty or having chills
Chest pains
Breathing difficulties
Feeling a loss of control

First of all, you shouldn't ask someone who is unable to examine you about chest pain, or the inability to breath. There could be a number of serious problems, or something minor. See a doctor and stop self diagnosing!

teenagers can have undiagnosed heart problems. sounds like you should describe your symptoms to a doctor. i can think of a couple of reasons for your discomfort- but i'm not going to tell them to you. reason being- your pain COULD be heart related, you really should see a doctor, and i'm not going to give you an excuse to not see one.

Have had it for years...I have always believed it was something in my lung that stuck...I have to force myself to breath deeply even when it hurts...then it unsticks.
