im an ex prison officer. best advice I can give you is when youre taking it they put you into different scenarios. Dont just take them at face value look deeper

My dad's in the prison service, but when he joined in the 70s there was no such thing as this so I can't help on that score - they pretty much took you on no questions asked. He's a bit "old school" these days and whenever he has been up for the promotions board he says what he thinks and not what they want to hear. The system has changed a bit since my dad joined up, and to hear him talk, not for the better. He complains about the job all the time, yet he's stuck it for 33years!!
