No. Higher education means a post-secondary institution. NOW, you could use your GI bill and major in art at a community college or 4-year traditional university. Brush up on your art skills, get a legit degree, and have a tattoo apprenticeship in the meantime.

OK, check it out. I am also a vet. What you can do is this. Go to school full time. Community college or whatever. If you don't use your entire GI Bill money for school, bam, apprenticeship cash. Good luck.

I sure hope so. If you have to get a job that requires Literacy you are going to be in trouble.

I suggest you do the "apprenticeship" in your spare time and use the G.I. bill to get a real education.

No, an apprenticeship only costs you alot of sweat and tears, and I know vets that have paid more then that serving our country. I would go with Blair on this one.....
