Men have to have dark hair. Fair guys just look weak, I guess that why the new james bond has issues?

But I like a fair lady. (geddit hehehe) I think it complements us and makes us more feminin

On a man it's black.I like the tall dark handsome look.
Female I would have to go for brunette.A brunette is warm and sexy looking.Trustworthy.Mysterious.
