i think i like my 23 year old adopted brother but it feels so wrong.
my family adopted him when he was 16 (and i of course was 6.)
oh yeah he also got a girl pregnant at age 20 (i was 10) so the baby boy (my nephew sorta is 10 years a part from me)
its not like he saw me in diapers and we dont have the same blood line anyway.so is it okay? and what on earth am i going to do now? plz help!?!

well i do believe in marriage before sex and im not so stupid as to do it like that girl did. believe im not going to do anything that is against the law.

it's ok as long as you dont act on it that would be wrong sick and way outta line it's natural to have a crash on some one older than you at that age mine was for ranger ronnie on t.v (yea i know lame but she was hot) but if you do anything about it thats crossing the line as it would screw your family up and screw you up later in life

I think you used the right adjective when you said "Liked". I don't see what it would hurt to like anybody at any age. But I wouldn't take my feelings any further than that. Not at this point in life. You both need to treat each other as brother and sister even though I know you said he was adopted. Wait another 10 years and see how you feel then. I guarantee you, you will find someone your age sooner or later to love for the rest of your life. You will know when this person comes along, because your heart will flutter like it never has before. Good luck with you and let me know how it turns out.

Well, to a certain extent your feelings are normal. I would definately not act on your feelings for a variety of reasons. First, it could ruin the relationship you have with him as your brother. Secondly, if you guys ever did do anything it would be illegal, not to mention whatever phychologial damage it would inflict.
Nonetheless, the fact that you feel it would be wrong is a pretty good indication that you shouldn't pursue anything.

You are looking for love in the wrong place!!! At 13 you shouldn't be dating anyone, you should be having fun with friends and enjoying your life. You definitely shouldn't pursue this!

No its no ok its wrong to go out with somebody who is in your family adopted or not its adultry but you can like him you just cant go out with him trust me it feels wrong to you for a good reason stay out of it I mean you are only 13 you will find somebody else to love

it's odd.. but whatever floats your boat.. however -IF- a relationship ever was to come out of that.. it would be an awkward situation for your family and ultimately could tear you all apart. he could also get into trouble with the law.. be careful

i hate to say this, but the thing is that you're young yet and you're going through crushes. sure, he's not your blood, but at the same time, you still see him as your older brother. he probably only sees you as his teenage sister. i don't want to say that it's not ok, but at the same time, if it feels wrong, go with your gut....
