a year ago i caught my x cheating it took me a long time to get over it,a mutual freind of his held me one night till i slept,he was a gentlman,i was still bitter about the cheating.i saw him a couple months after and he told me i was killing him.my x was upset that we liked eachother so he kept his distance.here i am a year later and wondering how or if he has feelings for me still,so i called him last week and told him staright forward that he was eating me alive,he said it was mutual and he thinks im beautiful and he had no idea i felt that way.but he started seeing someone a month ago and told me its only fair that i know,and then he continued to tell me again how beautiful he thinks i m,so i was confused as to what he wants,so i told him(in respect for the girlfrined)that he had to tell me to let it go and he said no,i said he had to,he said he cant and again told me he thinks im so beautiful.what do you get from this?

You sound like you've got your head glued on. Stick to your guns, tell him you would love to go out with him. But he has to choose you or his girlfriend. Tell him you will wait if you are willing to, but that you wont do anything with him unless he breaks up with his girlfriend. Good luck. you deserve it. x.
