Simple, simple, simple.

All you need is 3 things. A grill, A fork, and Greek Seasoning.

Put holes in the steak with the fork. Make sure you put as many holes as you can/want to, the more holes you put into it the more tender it will be. Put the steak on the grill and put Greek seasoning on both sides. Don't forget the fat holds most of the flavor so don't cut it off.

Pre heat the grill, brush with a little melted butter (optional ) place under the grill for 1 minute, turn over for another minute this will seal in the juices of the meat.
Turn over, grill for another 2-3 minutes each side for rare steak
4-5 minutes for medium steak, 6-7 minutes for well done, garnish with tomatoes, mushrooms & watercress lovely.

Cut meat into 1" x 3" strips. Sear it in 1 tsp oil. Add sliced onion and green pepper. Add chili powder and salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce, 8 oz water with 2 tsps corn starch blended, and a shot of Worchestershire sauce. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. My family likes this with rice or mashed potatoes. Yummy!
