Microsoft Excel?

I am looking for someone who is PROFICIENT in MS Excel. I have a few things that need to be done and don't exactly where to start. This is dealing with using solvers and solving complex problems. If ANYONE knows how to do this, I need help. Will send MS worksheet with set of 6 instructions, if anyone will help please leave email below.. Thanks!
