I'm feeling weak, and having trouble getting up after crouching or bending down. I got over my Runny nose, but it's still there just a little bit. Coughing is the worst, I'm having fits of dry coughing whenever i breath in too deeply or exert myself too much. I've got a fever, but without a thermometer in the house, i can't get the exact temperature.

i think instead of wasting time writing your illness on the internet - best you go see a doctor and tell him what you're feeling.

I would try and go to school at least one day. If you feel you can't make it in school ask to leave early.

I would either borrow a thermometer or buy one. If you have a fever over 100degrees I would go see a doctor if the symptoms don't seem to be going away after a couple days. Try some flu or cough medicine from a pharmacy. If you talk to the pharmacist there and describe your symptoms they may recommend something to try.

Hope you feel better soon.

Sounds like the flu, stay home, stay off the computer, stay off the video game system, as these put undue stress on the body and it doesn't get a chance to recouperate proberly. Get into bed, eat lightly, clear soups (yeah chicken soup) drink plenty of liquids especially water and juices, take tylenol or motrin to aleviate the aches and lower your fever, if you can get into see a doctor (urgent care clinic) do so.

Fever alone to me means stay home and get some rest no matter how low the fever is. Rest.

just ask yourself this, would you want someone else to come around you if that's the way they were feeling?? I know i wouldn't. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Do others a favor and stay home until you recover.
