The man! No doubt about it, the man. Can you imagine doing everything for a girl, committing emotionally, putting up with her bitching, letting yourself get emotionally involved, and never having sex?
That's happened to me before, and it just plain out sucks. I think women are more independent and less needy when it comes to sex. Oh my god, you get to an end of a relationship, and you've invested so much time, and emotion, and never get to the best part? No doubt it hurts the guy the most.

the women because most women most normally get closest in the relationships that they are in and guys dont seem to realize it most of the time

that depends. everyone is different, relationships break up all the time, sometimes the guy is hurt and sometimes the woman is. it really just depends
