Contrary to popular belief, there are no 'three universal rules' for robots. If you are refering to Isaac Asimov's Three Laws of Robotics, they are:

The Three Laws of Robotics:

1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.

2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.

3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

A Robot can not harm a human being.
A robot must follow the order of a human, unless it conflicts with the first law.
A robot must defend itself if that doesn't conflict with the first or second law.

2/ Spend your free time learning to sweep pick guitar like a Monster of Rock unless this affects the First Umbrella Law.

3/ Dream of electric sheep unless it affects The First Law of the Umbrella and the Second Law of Monsters of Rock.

rule #1- don't talk about fight club
rule #2 - don't make fun of R2D2 - he can't help they way he is
rule #3 - robots do not make good police officers because they getot of control.

They cannot harm another human being.
The must follow all commands from a human being.
Refer back to Number 1, if asked to harm another human being.
