I have access to a shared Calendar in Outlook, I am able to add, modify appointements, however, when trying to print the calendar I got the following error message : "unable to open the free/busy information". This same error happens occasionally when trying to update the calendar.

Running the /cleanfreebusy command will not work unless it's your calendar or you are logged in as the owner of the calendar.
If the account is a shared calendar, it's likely a resource account. An IT administrator will need to log in to the account or grant them-self Full Mailbox Rights and create a profile for the account.
Then go to Start > Run > outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy /cleansniff
(always do a /cleansniff with /cleanfreebusy)
This cleans the free/busy data stored on the exchange server. This error is not a problem caused by the PC accessing the calendar.
