We have been together for a while and he has had this problem since we met. We are so compatible in every way except the sex part. He doesn't get totally hard. It really is causes me pain and I don't know what to do. I can't get mine which causes me to get upset. I don't want to hurt him, but I don't know what to do. Any suggestions on vitamins or supplements (besides Viagra) that might work for him? Is this a common issue men have? I have never encountered this before and am very confused. Sex is a very important part of a relationship and I don't want it to be the reason ours ends.

The problem is not you. If the man is older, there are all sorts of reasons he could be having problems. There are aids out there including one that fits over his tool and makes it hard. Explore the options before throwing in the towel.

Nope it's not you. Sometimes men have what is known as "erectile dysfunction" and yes it is very common, especially if the man has been drinking considerably before having sex or if sex is too often (yes there is such a thing). I suggest abstaining from sex for awhile Although sex is an important par of a relationship it should be a "VERY" important part, it should not be more important the the TOTAL relationship itself. If your realtionship is based primarily around sex then you don't have a relationship at all.

The most likely cause is he masturbates too much. As was said, there is no such thing as too wet for a guy. If a guy masturbates too frequently, he becomes insensitive to any touch other than his own. this leads to an embarrassing anti climatic experience for you and him both. Confront him when you feel comfortable enough and ask him to hold out on the self play for a week and he should be back to normal.

Either he has erectile dysfunction or you have a really disgusting body. Some guys simply have a hard time getting it up if they don't have anywhere decent to put it. I have known guys that had to be drunk to have sex with their girl friends.
