what would de the best shampoo to use on long black thick (a lil mistreated) hair...and any type of moose or hairspray that is really good?

I really love Aussie Moist shampoo. It has helped my hair a LOT. It used to be dry and broken, but now grows nice and healthy. Try it you may love it too.

I use tressama for my shampoo and conditioner and then for my hair spray and the moose I use this sea salt hair spray from the Avon product company MARK! The stuff is amazing for when you would like to scruntch you hair it won't stiffen or harden and it smells amazing.

well...if its just a lil mistreated I would recommend Head and Shoulders even if you dint have dandruff it is good.
Remember expensive is not always better*
