Just make healthier food choices, more veggies and do lots of walking, speed walking. let the kids lose in the park and walk. it is easy, free, somthing you all can do and it burns a lot of calories. You will also have more energy after. Do it in the morning and your energy will last longer during the day, helping you keep up with those never tiring children. =) Good health and Good luck

Walk for thirty minutes a day. It can even be broken up in 2 sets of 15 minutes or 3 sets of 10 minutes if you don't have the time. Start off slowly to help build up your stamina. Eventually you will want to step it up a pace to the point where it would be difficult to have a conversation while walking. Get that blood flowing and the heart pumping. Push ups, squats, and crunches will help build muscle that will help you burn more calories. Change your diet. The food you are eating is what made you overweight. Cleanse your organs that help you eliminate the waste products in your body(liver, bladder, kidney, and colon cleanse). Drink lots of water(64 oz daily) This will help your body eliminate toxins and waste more efficiently. Remember, what goes in your body should also come out. I started my diet a little over 4 months ago and have lost 38 pounds. I have so much more energy and I feel great. You can try this site. It has alot of information about toxins that enter the body by the foods we eat. It also has some links to sites where you capurchase all natural organ cleansers, vitamins and diet supplements to help you stay healthy. Good luck!

Your best bet is to take your kids for a nice long walk every day, at least a mile. It ill help with the weight loss, and help tone your muscles, especially if you are pushing a stroller uphill part of thetime. A bonus will be that your kids will sleep better, and will also be in better shape. Don't forget to bring along lots of water. If you walk them to a park with a play structure, you can use that as an exercise tool and do all the actions available, Even just pushing your child on a swingwill kelp tone your muscles, but getting on the climbing structure will do even more

The problem is the fact that you are lacking energy. Losing calories through exercise of eating less means losing energy. I don't know how to help you if you aren't able to lose some energy. Obviously, you have to lose more energy in order to lose weight.

How about getting more sleep? That might help with the energy crises.

1) Give up sugar drinks (no soda!!!, no Juice cocktails)

2) Limit your carbs

3) Drink more skim milk. I drink a big glass in the morning and it holds me till lunch.
