im 14 and i weigh roughly 200 pounds...its so unhealthy and i need some advice and modivation on loosing weight fast. i cant go to a gym so any workouts tht i can do without aquiptment would be very helpfull..thank you everybody for your help in advance!

Well, it seems that you got some nice advice on the exercising part.....so I'll give you some for the eating part.

You don't have to miss sweets. Fruits and some veggies (carrots) are just as yummy and probably more. Make smoothies-quick recipe 1 cup frozen berry mix, 1 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup ice, and teaspoon of splenda. You'll love it. Carrot juice is very sweet and delicious.

Try whole grain bread instead of white, there is also whole grain spaghetti. Now if you add some tomato sauce on that spaghetti it will be a very nutricious and delicious meal.

You are still young and remember that you need your vitamins and nutrients, one of the most important is Calcium. Calcium can be found in dark green leafy vegetables like spinach, in tofu, and ofcourse dairy.

Just be careful with dairy, try to drink 2% milk or less, and fat free cheese and yogurt. You can even make the smoothies with yogurt and some fresh fruit.

Try not to eat a lot of red meat, maybe stick to chicken, turkey and seafood. They have some great turkey hotdogs out there.

Don't buy junk food, if you want a good alternative for potato chips, try this product called "Veggie Booty" it's really good and good for you. But remember that although most junk food tastes incredibly delicious, it's doing you lots of harm. If you stick to eating healthy, in a couple of months you will not even miss all that bad stuff.

The best advice I can give you is to make this a lifestyle, you will live a longer healthier happier life.

I really have empathy for you as I started at about your age gaining weight. I found the best exercize that can be fun is to merely turn your radio on and get in front of a mirror and dance, dance, dance! Do this every day for at least a half hour. This will burn a lot of calories off and by the time you get through you will be a better dancer also. Drink about 8 glasses of water a day and skip the soda's. Also eat out of a small plate that will automatically cut back on your portions. You have to eat less in order to lose. Good luck to you!

You do need to lose about 70 lbs. Unfortunately, it's not going to come off FAST. It took you a long time to get to 200 lbs. so it's going to take that long to get it off. Eat less, exercise more. You don't need a gym. At this point, just get out and walk for an hour every day. Nothing you can do about stretch marks. Skin has a lot of elasticity, but you gained so much weight that it just couldn't stretch anymore without the marks. And that's a SHAME at your age.

walk walk walk everyday! get up and commit to walking you are to young to be overweight stop eating the junk every time you want to eat junk make yourself get up go outside and walk around the block two times or 4 times or wherever you live make a deal with yourself if I want a snack I have to walk this far first It won't be worth it and you won't want it after the walk because you won't want to ruin the exercise you just did!! you are young you can do it set small goals 5lbs at a time Good Luck!
