im 14 and i weigh roughly 200 pounds...its so unhealthy and i need some advice and modivation on loosing weight fast. i cant go to a gym so any workouts tht i can do without aquiptment would be very helpfull..thank you everybody for your help in advance!

BMAC thanks for the help i had a period of depression wen my mother died and i wouldnt leave my house so before u call it a shame just no tht its not my fault
