Basically, girls I believe, have the same equipment but just a shorter line. Next time you have a pee stop it in mid stream. Now when you did that you can pretty well see where the girls line starts and the guys keeps going further. Same line, shorter hose. Practising stopping and starting a pee is like doing an exercise called a keagle exercise and should be done regularly as you get older. Each time you do it you can think of your question here and now, like Paul Harvey would say, you know the rest of the story.

You are obviously pre-pubescent. Men have an over sized clitoris from which they pee. When you study biology you will learn that the posh name is penis. Girls have a normal sized clitoris with which they pee. Simple isn't it?
