I was in a large meeting once where there were two people in attendance with "lazy" eyes. Cheeze it was confusing for everyone.

Just muddle through as best you can, if he is talking and no one else is around, I would think he is talking to you. Focus your eyes on the area between his eyes when you talk to him.

As tempting as it may be, do NOT ask him what he is staring at. DO NOT LAUGH.

Absolutely not!!!

It is rude to draw attention to a "problem" someone has. Just ignore it.
