My old roommate gave my girl and I a cat named Blizz because he was unable to take it to his new home....anyway I'll give you guys a small history about Blizz...This cat has a weird personality he was raised with a jack russell ( both pup and kitten) the cat thinks he's a dog, like's to eat dog food(doesn't eat anymore)and plays like a dog I'm surprised this cat doesn't bark yet..lol. besides all that I started to take notice that he was doing some odd behaviors..like for an example... after the cat is done taking a dump(not that I'm sitting there watching him) and comes out he will go back in 5 more times to do Something with the cat liter and then he will scrape his pawls on the side of the stinker box about 5,6 times.. so all together he will spend (no lie) 5 minutes doing all that crazy stuff... could this cat have a obsessive compulsive disorder.. can some one tell me why this crazy cat does that?

Cats are creatures of habit. Sometimes it does get out of hand. Yes he can suffer from OCD. Here is a link for you to check it out.

Yes, they can and do have them. Usually though it takes the form of obsessive licking or scratching at themselves. I've never really heard of a cat having such a routine before, although whenever I change my cat's litter he has to get right in and dig it around and move the litter around... its' super weird. I think unless your cat seems anxious in any other way, its just a part of what hes about, part of the package. Funny though.

If our dog can have ADHD, your cat can certainly have OCD.
