for the glutes you want to do squats with the legs slightly wider than shoulder width and you want to go down low enough until the upper leg is parallel with the floor. you can use the same basic technique on the leg press machine. you can also do straight legged dead lifts for the hamstrings and/or the leg curl machine.

check the website below for more exercises and proper form:

Do this one...place your hands on your kitchen counter with your feet a little more than shoulder width apart. Squat down and hold for 15 seconds. Stand back up and then do it again. Each time you go down, squeeze your behind really tight and suck your tummy in. Be sure to breathe. This will also help lift a saggy behind.

Squats with a bar that has no weight on it for toning rather than building mass...

Put the bar on your shoulders and put on foot forward and lean down into it... then switch and repeat on the other leg...

That and straight squats...

and inverted leg press machine will help too

I don't know the name of the machine, but you lie on your belly, and (one leg at a time), lift a weight platform straight up with a bent leg
