Does anyone know how to levitate?

The way Criss Angel does! And without strings!!!! Also if it involves putting the mind, body and spirit in line i would just like to know how exactly to do that!!!!!!

Criss Angel puts a chair out in front of him. He has a pair of tare away pants he uses. He then steps onto the chair with one foot out of the shoe and pants.

As far as lifting 4-5 feet off the ground, no idea.

Here's his secret!

Have your audience stand kinda behind you. Then, tell them to watch your feet, as you will "levitate" right in front of them. Then, in one smooth motion, with your feet together, side by side, you will raise up your whole body by lifting up the front of your right foot only (like a calf raise), keeping your whole left foot alongside your right foot, while you look at your audience over your left shoulder for diversion. Hold for about a second or two and slowly drop back down, making sure they don't see the front of your feet!~

It is an amazing illusion! I do it to my friends all the time! Shhhh. Don't tell anybody I told you! ;0)

Don't know how it is done, but there is such a thing as mind over matter. My 2 uncles and husband were drunk and did this trick where they were able to lift me off my stool with just their 2 fingers. I was pregnant at the time. I still can't figure that one out.

I think levitation is a hard discipline to learn, far from what we see in TV shows, it involves a lot of training (mind and body), you can start with relaxation and meditation
